- Location:Alcúdia, along the path that goes up to the Puig de Son Sant Martí
- Description: 92,000 m2 estate of pine groves. The estate is owned by the Escuelas Pías de Espanya and managed by the Maria Ferret Foundation by agreement.
- Services: refuge equipped with bunk beds, kitchen and dining hall. Outdoor sinks, WC and individual showers (no hot water is available).
- Camping area: there are various camping areas equipped with sinks, WC and showers (no hot water is available).
- Capacity:refuge with capacity for 30 persons in bunk beds. The camping area has capacity for 60 persons (in tents, which are not included.
- Observations: the estate is very close to the ‘Albufera’ (lagoon) and depending on the season it must be taken into account that there may be botflies. Electricity is provided by a generator.
